More specifically, biochemical results for the levels of serum glucose, total serum cholesterol (T-CHOL), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), serum triglycerides (TG) and serum adiponectin levels (ADIPO) are presented. Statistically significant differences (i.e. p<0.05) between groups A and B, A and C and between groups B and C are noted using *, ** or *** respectively. The time period when group C was exposed to exercise (i.e. weeks 28-37) is also highlighted.
