Influence of the slot inclination angle on crack path under cyclic tension

Abstract
The paper summarizes the results of an experimental investigation of thecrack path growth in plate specimens made of FeP04 steel under tension. For the testsunder tension the plane specimens with central, symmetric stress concentrator in thefrom of the slots with side notches were used. The results of the experimental tests havebeen described by a formula based on J-integral.
