In this work, a fatigue crack propagation law for plain concrete is developed usingthe concepts of dimensional analysis and self-similarity. This model considers theeffect of loading frequency, grade of concrete, fracture parameters, load history andsize effect. The dependency of the fatigue parameter on characteristic length, andfrequency of loading is reexamined on the basis of theoretical arguments.
